EDUCATION: 4-year degree required; Engineering or technical disciplines preferred, but experience may over-ride the technical discipline in some cases.
Experience:

years of experience in program management, design, product development, sales, quality, engineering, and/or manufacturing within the automotive industry;
Consideration will be given to candidates with 3
years of experience in either Project Management or Program Management within a manufacturing environment;
Seeking the type of manager who works just as much on the floor as at the desk;
Extensive product launch background;
Organizational, planning and problem solving skills;
Ability to balance multiple priorities;
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
Proficient computer skills including MS Office programs.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
