Providing leadership for product development and launch for both the customer and the product;
Understanding all customer requirements for the project, communicating them to the team, and ensuring that the team meets or exceeds expectations;
Ensuring adherence to the project plans and schedules through meetings, follow-up documents, managing issues, facilitating team members jobs, and involving management support in overcoming problems;
Budgeting, tracking and controlling all project costs;
Authorizing and controlling any changes in the program;
Serving as the main contact for all communications.

EDUCATION: 4-year degree required in Engineering; Masters Degree or MBA is desired.

6+ years of experience in program management, design, product development, sales, quality, engineering, and/or manufacturing within the automotive industry;
Seeking the type of manager who works just as much "on the floor" as at the desk;
Extensive product launch background;
Organizational, planning and problem solving skills;
Ability to balance multiple priorities;
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
Proficient computer skills including MS Office programs.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
