Engineering Manager
Florence, Alabama
As a people-focused, technical professional, you will proactively develop and maintain an engineering team of high-performance and excellence, with the goal of constantly exploring innovative methods for improvements. This will be accomplished by the provision of technical direction and business guidance, especially in the areas of gross profit, which will be driven by your thorough account planning, resource planning and allocation. To qualify, you should possess a Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with PE certification. A Masters degree is preferred. Our client seeks 8 to 12 years of experience in a design-build environment, with 2 to 3 years spent in a supervisory or managerial role. You will need demonstrated leadership skills and a proven ability to obtain results through others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are expected, along with a strong business acumen.
