Leading teams and staff to achieve program objectives for timing, cost, manufacturability, quality and customer satisfaction;
Performing in the lead role for product development and launch for both the customer and the company on new programs;
Understanding all customer requirements for the project, communicating them to the team, and ensuring that the team meets or exceeds them;
Conducting team meetings, generating follow-up documents, managing open issues, facilitating team members jobs, and engaging management support in overcoming problems;
Budgeting, tracking and controlling all project costs.

EDUCATION: 4-year degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline; Masters or MBA preferred.

6+ years of experience in program management, design, project and product development, quality, engineering, and/or manufacturing within the automotive industry;
Experience managing a Program within a company preferred;
Strong background in quality or new product development is a plus;
Data analysis, problem solving, organizational and planning skills;
Ability to manage several program schedules and multiple priorities;
Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
Proficient in MS Office and manufacturing database systems.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
