Supervising, assigning and evaluating the work of equipment engineers;
Developing and implementing Equipment Engineering processes, procedures and standards;
Providing leadership, technical guidance, and training to the equipment engineers;
Assisting the manager with ensuring that all equipment engineers provide timely support on new product launches and all other assigned projects;
Overseeing feasibility studies and analysis of the equipment engineers related to their projects.
EDUCATION: 4-year degree required; Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related disciplines.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
6
years of experience in equipment design and/or implementation within manufacturing;
1
years of experience in a supervisory or lead role;
Knowledge and understanding of JIT, SPC, APQP;
Data analysis and problem solving skills;
Organizational and planning skills;
Interpersonal, communication, presentation and computer skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
