Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Help-desk user support trouble shooting reported issues and providing solutions for PCs, windows operating systems, printers, and peripherals.
Help-desk user support trouble shooting reported issues and providing solutions for banking software and applications.
Setup, configure, and install workstation hardware, software, and peripherals for end-users.
Setup and manage user accounts in windows Active Directory and banking software and applications.
Network Cabling.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
