We are looking for reliable and motivated automotive dealership Service Technicians to join our team! The ideal Technician candidate will have demonstrated experience as an automotive technician of at least 2 years with high quality vehicle maintenance and repair; who can maintain, repair and deliver vehicles while providing exceptional service to customers.
This candidate should feel confident working independently or in a team environment.
Recent graduates or graduating students form auto technical school strongly encouraged to apply.
We will provide online and hands on training.
Successful lube techs can quality to move up to apprentice and gain access to senior technicians who provide hands-on training as well.
Our goal is to help our lube technicians become successful professional Automotive Service Technicians.
Working as a Lube technician is a great way to get into the automotive industry.
Lube technicians are responsible for vehicle maintenance and light care like oil changes and tire rotations.
Lube technician jobs require careful attention to detail and the ability to easily adapt to new technologies.
All positions are Full Time with rotating Saturdays and we are CLOSED ON SUNDAY.

RESPONSIBILITIES Checks all fluids and maintenance-related parts and tops-off or replaces fluids or filters/parts as required Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules Helps maintain shop appearance and safety standards and ensures the shop runs in an efficient manner by performing duties such as inventory stocking and other general functions Uses power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications ASE Certification or Graduated from an associate degree program in auto maintenance and repair At least two years of experience as an automotive technician, Preferred Strong knowledge of all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance Have working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment and lift operation Must be able to read, interpret, and transcribe data in order to maintain accurate records Ability to maintain a professional appearance and provide friendly customer service Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record BENEFITS Competitive Pay Paid Training Strong Mentorship Program Ongoing Training and Education Employee Purchase and Service Discounts Paid Vacation Full benefits options including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, and Accident Insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan State of the Art Facility with a Professional Working Environment Job Type:
