Vehicle Sales Representative By Here, Pay Here Automobile Dealership We are seeking a highly motivated Car Sales Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for bringing in new potential buyers to the dealership and facilitating the car buying process by establishing a friendly and professional rapport with them.
Key
Responsibilities:
Experienced Closer Proactively seek out new prospects through various channels, including referrals, outbound calls, online platforms, etc.
Engage with potential buyers in a friendly and approachable manner to establish rapport and build trust.
Assess the customer's needs and preferences, and recommend suitable vehicles based on their budget and requirements.
Discover suitable financing terms with the customers and explain the buy here pay here process.
Process the necessary paperwork and ensure all documents are accurate and complete.
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and maintain a long-term relationship with them.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
College perferred 3 years Previous sales experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in problem solving and overcoming objections Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
