6K a year Banqet Patisserie is looking for an Bakers Assistant to join our team! Hours:
Monday - Friday 8 am to 12 pm, Saturday and Sunday as needed
Summary:
The bakers assistant is responsible for producing product and assisting the Head Baker with projects as needed.
They will also assist with the cleaning of the kitchen and other duties as assigned.
They must have the knowledge and skills to:
bake cookies, decorate and bake cakes, and be able to provide suggestions for new menu items.

- Assist Head Baker with tracking and ordering inventory.
- Properly store and sanitize all food and equipment.

- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace and kitchen.
- Be able to multi task and perform in a fast paced environment.
