Job Description:
Clark Gas Co.
is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities include; opening new accounts, routing customers, scheduling deliveries, reorganizing routes, analyzing invoices/statements, generating reports, maintaining files/database, providing customer service, and other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate would have some previous accounting experience, with intermediate level of competency in Excel.
Must pay attention to detail, have excellent problem-solving skills, and work well as a team.
The ideal applicant will have an eagerness and aptitude to learn new software programs.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
