Program Manager - $75-85K - Automotive Parts Mfg - Leading teams and staff to achieve program objectives for timing, cost, manufacturability, quality and customer satisfaction; Performing in the lead role for product development and launch for both the customer and the company on new programs; Understanding all customer requirements for the project, communicating them to the team, and ensuring that the team meets or exceeds them; Conducting team meetings, generating follow-up documents, managing open issues, facilitating team members jobs, and engaging management support in overcoming problems; Budgeting, tracking and controlling all project costs.
BS Engineering - 6
years of experience in program management, design, project and product development, quality, engineering, and/or manufacturing within the automotive industry; Experience managing a Program within a company preferred; Strong background in quality or new product development is a plus; Data analysis, problem solving, organizational and planning skills; Ability to manage several program schedules and multiple priorities; Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; Proficient in MS Office and manufacturing database systems.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
